It has MULITPLE online game modes, and an awesome career mode.

It's pretty cool. After you finish the Campaign, you unlock Arcade Mode, where you can set scores.
The online is AWESOME...when it works. Mine hasn't work for months : (

Rock Band
There's career mode for all the instruments (Mic, Guitar, and drums) and you can start a multiple person band and play through career mode with that, earning fans and money, and you're put up on the Rock Central Leaderboard. Or you can just play one song at a time with Quickplay. And you can play with other people ONLINE too, or by yourself. There's band quickplay, where you and 3 other ppl play songs together, or Tug of War, with one other person, and Score Duel, with one other person. Plus you can connect any other USB instruments to it if you don't get the Special Edition (I haven't tried the regular, but I'm sure it's not as fun) And you can buy even MORE songs from the PS store. Individual songs cost 1.99 packs cost like 8.00-9.99 I think

it's not really Game of the Year material, but you're almost gauranteed to find a game, almost immediately. And you can add friends easily cause all the people you race are shown in the Players Met menu under Friends
