It's obvious your joking around but it is a good question. You said best, not favorite, so here is my list (not necassarily in order):
Sakuraba - most innovative fighter ever
Frank Shamrock - 1st true mixed martial artist
Mark Coleman - created ground and pound (won UFC10, 11, 1st UFC HW champ, Prde Grand Prix 2000)
Royce Gracie - we wouldn't even be talking about MMA with out him (won UFC1, 2, 4)
Matt Hughes - most dominate champ ever
Don Frye - first guy to study more than 1 discipline (won UFC8, his fight at UFC9, made it to the finals of UFC10, and Ultimate Ultimate 96)
Wanderlei Silva - from 2000 to 2004 he was undefeated in 18 fights beating guys like Sakuraba 2x, Dan Henderson, and Rampage 2x - and when his streak ended, it was via split decision to a super-HW Mark Hunt
Anderson Silva - set a new record for most wins in the UFC without a loss, has not lost since 2006 and then it was via a DQ, hasn't really lost a fight since 2004. He is so far more advanced than the competition it is unbelievable.
Fedor Emelianenko - I don't like him but he is the most well rounded HW ever, he has gone 30-1 in his career, and hasn't lost since 2000
