Who do you want Eriksson to call up for the qualifiers? And what would be the starting line up?
This is what I think should be the starting line up
GK-Corona
DF-Marquez, Moreno, Maza, Salcido (they need some height and speed on the defense)
MD-Cesar Villaluz, Andres Guardado, Fernando Arce
FW-Nery Castillo, Carlos Vela, Giovanni dos Santos
for the subs
Zinha, Adrian Aldrete, Omar Bravo
You're line-up is kinda too loaded on offense. Who in that midfield of Villaluz, Guardao, and Arce is gonna recover the ball? Also, I think Salcido needs a break from the Mexico team, his performances lately for Mexico have been awful. Maybe he just needs time away to re-focus for the Mexico cause.
Mexico isn't exactly facing juggernauts so my line-up would be very offensive too. And Eriksson always stays loyal to the 4-4-2 to my line-up would look like this:
GK: Ochoa
DEF: I. Castro, Marquez, Magallon, E. Castillo.
MID: Arce, Pardo, Correa, Guardado.
FW: Vela, Nery Castillo.
I'd love to see Cuau back, but I don't think it's happening yet, so this is probably the best Mexico line-up right now.
P.S. Apparently o.O. thinks Mexico is so good they could win with only 10 players. Nice!!!
