Just kidding. I found it.
I don't see any reason what so ever to "NOT" reinstate them, whatever that means. Both are in every major Stat book that I have ever seen. Both are long dead, as Joe Jackson died in 1951 and Buck Weaver died in 1956.
Now here is the most "IMPORTANT" thing about either of them.
Neither is eligible to be a Hall of Fame player. Because, "please pay very close attention", neither, ever played 10 "FULL" seasons and this requirement is one of the primary rules of the Hall of Fame Veteran Committee.
I'll, repeat! Neither played "TEN FULL SEASONS".
Therefore, "NOT ELIGIBLE"!!
